COVID-19
We continue to live in a pandemic. While mandatory reporting of positive RAT results to COVID-19 is no longer necessary across various Australian states/territories, vigilance
remains important.
TASA highly recommends and strongly encourages Conference attendees to:
1. Be up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster doses. Vaccination does
not stop individuals from contracting COVID-19, but it does help prevent severe disease.
2. Test if you are unwell and, if you are positive for COVID-19, please do not attend the Conference and isolate to help protect others.
3. Consider wearing a mask indoors (preferably a N95, P2, KN95 or KF94 mask) when in close contact with others.
4. Keep doors and windows open for ventilation and to maximise air flow, where possible.
5. Maintain physical distancing when possible, and practice good hand hygiene (for example, regularly using hand sanitiser).

CHILD FRIENDLY CONFERENCE
TASA conferences are child friendly, and children are welcome to attend for free: If bringing children, please bring items they will require for entertainment.
NOTE: TASA social events are not appropriate for children

SUSTAINABILITY
TASA 2025 aims to be as sustainable as possible and we openly acknowledge the adverse environmental impact the event may have, even when conscientiously managed. We
encourage all delegates to remain aware of their environmental impact throughout the Conference.

TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT
We recommend purchasing of carbon offsets for travel to and from the event. Travel and access to events and venues includes and prioritises public transport.

RECYLING AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
The Conference utilises minimal printing, with program booklets available electronically via the Conference website and mobile app. We recommend delegates use recyclable
materials (such as keep cups) and avoid the use of plastic.

INTENTION TO PHOTOGRAPH, SCREENSHOT AND RECORD
Attendees are advised that TASA representatives may take photographs and recordings of presentations during the Conference for TASA promotional purposes. You can opt out, by
emailing events@tasa.org.au and we will do our best to ensure you are not included in the photographs or recordings. Note, no Conference presentation will be recorded by TASA without the explicit consent of the presenter/s. Conference attendees should not record (audio/video/images) any presentations, including taking photos and/or screen shots of presenter slides, without the explicit and informed consent of the session chair and presenter/s.

LANGUAGE
The official language of TASA 2025's Conference is English.
