Keynote Speaker: Professor Deborah Lupton. Deborah is an internationally renowned sociologist and foremost advocate for engagement with digital spaces and methods.
This one-day symposium explores new and emerging social research into digital spaces and phenomena, as well as methods that use online digital data.
We invite researchers to participate in this one-day event to explore the intersection of culture, digital media and online spaces. If you are using digital methods or just grappling with this emerging area, we encourage you to attend and engage with cutting-edge research and methods in digital sociology.
We invite submissions in the following formats:
- 300 word abstracts for the paper sessions (15 min presentations]
- proposals for research notes and paper presentations sessions
