Are you going to TASA 2024 at the end of November in person?
Are you interested in volunteering to chair one of the Sociology of Youth presentation sessions? We are looking for thematic group members who can engage with the sessions' content and participants.
The main responsibilities of the role would be to:
· Ensure speakers are on time and present for the session. Including any online presenters
· Introduce the speakers at the beginning of the session.
· Making sure each speaker begins/ends at the time allotted.
· Ensure the remote presenter portal is functioning and recording for the duration of the session
· Facilitate Q&A discussion after each presentation (perhaps even prepare a question or two in advance to spark discussion).
