At the close of nominations at midday (AEST) today, 6 August, for TASA's Executive Committee (November 2026 – November 2028), the following members were elected unopposed:
- Vice-President: Belinda Johnson, RMIT University
- Secretary: Catherine Hastings, Western Sydney University
Votes still required
As previously advised, more than one nomination was received for the Public Sociology, and Postgraduate Portfolios. Voting will remain open, for these two roles, until midday (AEST) next Wednesday August 12th, 2026.
