Aims and Objectives
Year established: March 2008. This group was split into two groups and endorsed by the Executive on March 18, 2016; Families & Relationships and Genders and Sexualities.
This group aims to facilitate and support research and collaboration on the sociology of families and relationships. We aim to provide a forum to showcase sociological research on families and relationships and the opportunity to bring theoretical insights, empirical research and policy discussions together in conversation and debate.
